We are not a payment service provider, financial institution, regulated entity, or intermediary of any kind. We do not process payments, hold funds, offer financial products, or facilitate transactions between any parties.

The companies, products, and services listed on this platform are included for informational and reference purposes only. Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of any listed provider by iGamingPayments.AI.

We do not verify, audit, or certify the claims made by any listed company regarding their services, licensing, compliance status, pricing, or capabilities. Descriptions, categories, and data points displayed on provider profiles are compiled from publicly available sources and may not reflect the current state of a provider's business.

iGamingPayments.AI accepts no responsibility or liability - whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential - for the actions, omissions, services, conduct, or business practices of any payment provider, vendor, or company listed in our directory.

Any commercial relationship, agreement, contract, or dispute that arises between you and a listed provider is solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to any such relationship and accept no liability in connection with it.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any provider, including verifying their regulatory status, licensing, compliance obligations, and suitability for your specific business requirements.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this platform accurate and up to date, we make no warranties - express or implied - regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any information published on iGamingPayments.AI.

We use the following third-party tools to understand how visitors use our platform. These tools may collect anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general location.

Google Analytics - We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure website traffic and user behaviour. Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their privacy policy. Analytics only activates if you accept our cookie notice.

Google Search Console - We use Google Search Console to monitor how our site appears in Google Search results. This tool processes search query data and site performance metrics on our behalf.

Vercel - Our platform is hosted on Vercel, which collects standard server logs including IP addresses and request data as part of its infrastructure and security operations.

Payment providers and vendors listed on iGamingPayments.AI may claim their profile by verifying ownership through a company email address. By claiming a profile, you agree to these Terms of Use in full.

By claiming your profile, you agree that iGamingPayments.AI may contact you at the email address used to verify ownership for the following purposes:

- To notify you of new features, tools, or listing options available on the platform

- To ask questions about your company or services to improve the accuracy of your listing

- To send occasional newsletters or updates about the iGaming payments industry

We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying to any email or by contacting us via our contact page.

Claimed profile holders may upload content to their profile including company logos, images, descriptions, and other business information. By uploading content to iGamingPayments.AI, you confirm that:

- You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish it

- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

- The content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with applicable laws and regulations

All content uploaded to a profile becomes publicly visible to any visitor of iGamingPayments.AI. Uploaded images are stored in cloud storage and served via a public URL. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. iGamingPayments.AI reserves the right to remove any content that is inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms.

We log all profile edits including the email address of the user who made each change and the date and time of the edit. This audit log is accessible to the profile owner and to iGamingPayments.AI administrators.

iGamingPayments.AI uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Supabase - We use Supabase to store user account data, claimed profile information, profile edits, uploaded images, and platform analytics. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. Supabase processes data in accordance with their data processing agreement and privacy policy.

Vercel - The platform is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel processes server requests, logs, and deployment data.

Resend - Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend, an email delivery service. Message content is processed transiently and not stored by Resend beyond delivery.

Our directory includes links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
