iGamingPayments.AI is an independent online directory of payment service providers operating within the iGaming industry. We are not a payment provider, financial institution, or regulated entity. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to iGamingPayments.AI.
We collect minimal data and only what is necessary to operate and improve the platform:
Usage data - When you visit iGamingPayments.AI, we may collect anonymised information about how you use the site, including pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (country level). This data is collected via Google Analytics and only with your consent.
Contact form data - If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message content solely to respond to your enquiry.
Claimed profile data - If you claim a provider profile on iGamingPayments.AI, we collect and store your company email address to verify ownership and associate your account with the listing. This email may be used to contact you about your listing, new platform features, and occasional industry newsletters as outlined in our Terms of Use. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Provider-uploaded content - Claimed profile holders may upload business content including logos, images, company descriptions, and other profile information. This content is stored in our cloud storage (Supabase Storage) and made publicly accessible via a public URL. Uploaded content is visible to all visitors of the platform.
Edit history and audit logs - When a claimed profile holder saves changes to their profile, we record an audit log entry containing the editor's email address, the provider profile affected, and the date and time of the change. This log is stored in our database and is accessible to the profile owner and iGamingPayments.AI administrators.
Profile statistics - We collect anonymised usage events for each provider profile including page views, search appearances, and contact button clicks. These statistics are stored in our database and displayed to the verified profile owner. No personally identifiable information about visitors is stored in connection with these events.
Server logs - Our hosting provider Vercel automatically collects standard server log data including IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP headers as part of normal infrastructure operations.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies only with your explicit consent. When you first visit the site, a cookie notice will ask for your permission before any analytics tracking begins.
Google Analytics (GA4) - If you accept our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about site usage. This data is processed by Google LLC and subject to Google's privacy policy. You can opt out at any time by visiting Google's opt-out page.
Google Search Console - We use Google Search Console to monitor search performance. This tool does not set cookies on your device but processes data about how our site appears in Google Search.
Vercel Analytics - Our hosting provider Vercel may collect anonymised performance and traffic data as part of its infrastructure services.
If you decline our cookie notice, no analytics cookies will be set and Google Analytics will not load. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
We use the data we collect solely to:
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

- Display provider profile content and statistics to the relevant profile owner

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party services which process data on our behalf:
Supabase - Our database, authentication, and file storage provider. Supabase stores user accounts, profile edits, uploaded images, audit logs, and profile statistics. Data is hosted on EU-based servers. Supabase complies with GDPR as a data processor.
Vercel - Our hosting and infrastructure provider. Vercel processes server requests and infrastructure logs.
Resend - Our email delivery provider used for contact form submissions.
Google LLC - We use Google Analytics (with your consent) and Google Search Console to measure site performance.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. Claimed profile data (your company email and account) is retained for as long as your profile remains claimed. You may request removal at any time via our contact page. Provider-uploaded content (logos, descriptions, profile edits) is retained indefinitely unless removed by the profile owner or by iGamingPayments.AI. Edit history audit logs are retained indefinitely for accountability purposes. Profile statistics (page views, contact clicks) are retained indefinitely in anonymised form. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Server logs are retained by Vercel in accordance with their data retention policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

Our directory contains links to third-party websites. This privacy policy applies only to iGamingPayments.AI. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any linked sites and encourage you to review their policies separately.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
